Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, contact our customer service team and we'll make it right promptly.
