Returns:
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds:
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items:
